Under the Regulatory Reforms (Fire Safety) Order 2005 a business must appoint a “Competent Person” ensure compliance and provide appropriate staff in order to effectively and calmly lead others to safety.
The aim of the course is to improve the fire safety knowledge of anyone involved in the management of fire safety in the workplace. It is a cost effective way for employers to fulfil their legal obligation to provide their employees with the necessary understanding of the role and responsibilities of a fire Warden/Marshal.
